no big deal.
a few friends and i are skipping sunday class and spending the weekend in damascus. we're leaving in about 3 hours, taking a cab to the border, and hoping we'll be let into the country (even though officially americans aren't allowed to get visas at the border... we'll see about that). anyway i'll let you all know how it goes. mom i will call when i get into the country, do not worry. love you all.
oh my god im going to damascus for the weekend. i don't know if life gets better than this.
